We have seven offices across Norway – from Trondheim in the north to Kristiansand in the south. You’ll also find us in Sweden, Poland, and Finland.
Spaces that bring people together
Our headquarters – NOVA House – is located right in the heart of Oslo, at Karl Johans gate 16. It’s home to our Norwegian companies, and designed to support how we work, meet and connect. You’ll find dedicated spaces for deep focus, creative collaboration, spontaneous meetups and relaxed social breaks. At the center of it all is Lysgården – a bright and open indoor courtyard where we host everything from tech talks to team celebrations. It’s also where you’ll find our in-house bistro, serving up freshly made lunch every day by our certified nutritionist. Beyond Oslo, we have offices in Trondheim, Halden, Porsgrunn, Grimstad, Kristiansand and Tønsberg – and you’ll also find us in Sweden, Poland, and Finland. Wherever you are, we make sure our spaces reflect the same values: openness, flexibility, and community.
Wellness on site
We do our best to support a healthy rhythm between work and everyday life – with an in-house gym, showers, lockers, and secure bike parking to make staying active part of your day. All of this is available at our Oslo headquarters, NOVA House.
A space to unwind
Our social lounge "Novateket" is a casual hangout where you can take a break, play a game, or catch up with colleagues over a coffee. Every Friday, it also plays host to our beloved Friday treat cart – packed with snacks, drinks, and something sweet to round off the week. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference in the everyday – and often sparks new ideas in unexpected places.
