What started as a dream to build the kind of workplace we wanted to work in has grown into 12 successful companies under the NOVA umbrella – with nearly 600 people across Norway, Sweden and Poland. Since launching our first company back in 2007, our ambition has stayed the same: to create the best workplace in the world.

Our main office, NOVA House Oslo, is located on Karl Johans gate 16 – right in the heart of the city – with modern facilities, a fitness room, and an in-house bistro. We also have offices in Trondheim, Tønsberg, Kristiansand, Grimstad, and Halden.
